Sideways French Nail Art

Sideways French Nail Art

In today’s tutorial I’m going to be showing
you how to easily create a bold and chic twist on the traditional french manicure. To begin, I’m using this nail cleanser to
remove my nail of oils and residue so the mani lasts as long as possible. Next I’m using a base coat to protect my natural
nails. This will also help anchor the polishes I’m about to use onto my nail. For the base color, I’m using Formula X’s
Need For Speed. This is a really gorgeous chromatic silver color. I’m using two coats
to increase the opacity. Next I’m using Formula X’s Pyrotechnic, a
bright solid red, and slowly pulling the brush down a couple millimetres away from the side
of my nail. Doing so will leave a sleek stripe of silver on the side of the nail. Now fill
the rest of the nail in with red. Again, I’m using two coats. Once that’s finished I’m
topping it all off with a fast drying top coat. This will smooth out the design and add a
glossy shine over the nail. And that’s it! If you decide to give this
easy and bold mani a try, then please share your recreation with me on Facebook, Twitter,
or Instagram using the hashtag #cutepolish! Take care and I’ll seeya next time! πŸ™‚
