Pulled cursor control for perfect curves in Illustrator [string] | DynamicSketch

Even when using a tablet, sketching clean
curves can seem unattainable in Illustrator. With the new string feature in DynamicSketch
you can create perfect curves even with shaky hands. Also it allows you to apply maximum
pressure at the start of a path Set to 50 pixels by default. Its kind of like
drawing with a soft brush, the length of which you can change, even in the process of drawing.
The path is only extended when the string is taut. You can use the slider to change the string
length or even turn it off. And as long as that string is slack you can reposition yourself
mid-way in order to make sharp corners. Whats more you can both reduce and increase its
length in the process by using the up and down keys. Once set you may wish to hide slider
– saving space – by selecting ‘hide pulled cursor controls’ in the panel menu. On by default the String is a game changer
when sketching smooth paths and sharp corners
