  • baby joe says:

Eugene I kinda now that's already but you are who you are

  • Bea Ávila says:

Every scene is a step of coming out represented by the rainbow LGBTQ+ flag.
The first is related to his upbringing and how he was swept along the way, being told to follow the manly roles and being reprimended for not doing so.
The second is about faith, church specifically. In psychology, beliefs are of utmost importance, being seen as limits and barriers. Is the basis of Superego, that fights inconscient instincts that are not accepted by society and its construct on ourselves. Faith is important, and watching the churches, in general, being homophobic, at the very least, is a heavy burden for the Superego and can limit our freedom.
The third is a beautiful depictation of Eugene's love life, and most certainly, the IT factor that made him him . Trying it out with a girl, but not workin out because of her biologic sex and his sexuality, he becomes infatuated with the Yellow man and severs his old relationship.
The fourth is strong. Accepted by his people, but not by society, he reenacts the Pulse Club tragedy to symbolize human hatred against love because of their own problems with social constructs and incapability of aknowledging LGBTQ+ people and fellows. Rest In Peace.
Then, in the fifth, the relation between society flaws and family issues on accepting Eugene and queer people by who they really are is shown as a one sided gangbang fight, then introducing us to the sixth and last scene, which shows us that the hatred is not one sided and society is on war between acceptance and belief, hatred and respect, love and hate. Every one is at fault, and innocent people are cought in the middle, representing the wrong, even though they did nothing bad. Arguing and screaming and fighting each other, thinking that something is gonna change. WE have to change OURSELVES , and that's it.

  • N. Jimenez says:

To every person who disliked this video, "You are being unsporting and hurtful to someone who means a lot to a lot of people… and, a question, why when someone is being brave would you look down on them and instead of being loving bring hate.. absolutely NOT cool."

  • Jessie Jenkins says:

  • Leyla Purpus says:

I always come back to this when I see a bunch of anti LGBT comments. Saying stuff like; if we kept to ourselves we wouldn’t have to deal with violence. I try not to let it affect me. But sometimes is hurts to be so hated when I have nothing but potential for love in my heart.

  • Catherine Bowman says:

This was absolutely beautiful. It moved me to tears. I'm only sorry it took me so long to see. There is a man who is becoming one of my best friends and he is one of Ontario, Canada's foremost (and award winning) advocates for the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as a fantastic Queen. I just had to share this with him. How could I not? Eugene, I am so proud of you, and heartbroken for your struggles. I have watched you become yourself through the years and applauded every step you took to becoming truer to your inner self. This was wonderful.

  • FelixsYeet says:

I'm bisexual, but the thing is I can't come out to my parents. I've come out to my mom… but than she asked me a few months later if I still felt the same way, I decided to hide to fact that I am bisexual and say it was a phase. My dad, and my other family members would hate me if I told them. So I don't know how to tell them… Or if I want to

  • UNKN0WN ? says:

Ok don't want to ask any dumb questions but is Eugene gay? Or is this just a thing for the sake of the video?

  • Shelby Pace says:

I recognized that Eugene's outfits are rainbow oriented, but I think nobody's noticed that after the preacher goes to the stage the background characters get separated in to black and white. Before they where black, white and gray showing that they aren't LGBTQ+ orientated(peps that are colored are LGBTQ+). The Priest goes on and Eugene realizes that some people are against it(the white colored), while others stand up for the LGBTQ+ community(black). The grays are inbetween. Hope you understand this more now.

  • Lunar Eclipse says:

This video made me cry I will never get tired of watching this masterpiece.

  • bing liang soh says:

To be honest, im a straight guy and i really dun like gay. But seeing this video lets me view things differently now. Like how much stress a gay would potentially face if they chose to be who they r. I guess it is also under pressure by society that makes some of the gay nt willing to expose their intented gender and instead express their actual gender which they dun really wan to be. After seeing this video i guess i dun hate gays and instead i respect them for their courage to freely express themselves and not take the society's judgemental views seriously. Thank you eugene for such a breathtaking video. I learned alot of hardship tat gay hav and i respect that now. Thank you.

  • Debra cruz says:

  • Shining Kaylee Ramsey says:

So he's a drag queen now?

  • Ellie Holmes says:

  • Baishali Dasgupta says:

This has to be the most beautiful coming out video I've ever seen. Also, in most Try Guys video, Eugene comes off as a very reserved, private person- to me at least. Here he shares a part of himself in such an artistic way, and the entire act conveys emotions that cannot be put into words…man. It's like seeing him in a completely new light (admittedly I haven't seen too many Try Guys videos, so…) Who knew he could dance and choreograph and direct so well?
    This is so Goddamn beautiful.

  • Shadow_ Girl says:

I will admit I never noticed until I watched the making of this how the people wearing black are supportive and the ones wearing white are against.

That is a change since everything always associate white with good and black with bad

  • Donald Bagwell says:

Watching this video again months later and it is still one of the best ones I have ever seen. Eugene you are strong for going forward with this and the idea of you, someone who doesn’t owe us anything, giving us this part of you makes me respect you more for it

The emotions you display and all of the meanings in everything here is beautiful and I hope you never let anyone define you

  • Nico Munoz says:

    This was FIRE!

  • Garrett Hosey says:

Buitaful, amazing and in my mind over all great I’ll support you like I support all other gays I know .

  • Bella Sheepy says:

A video has never made me cry like this one. Seeing a Korean man come out like this so publicly is incredibly inspiring. Thank you

  • Nose Trade says:

This makes so much sense. I always noticed he acted inauthentic with a hyper masculine persona that just didn't feel natural.
