Linda Wyetzner is a seasoned trial lawyer and negotiator, with 20 years' experience representing employees in disputes with their employers.
As a trial lawyer, Ms. Wyetzner represented individual employees in federal and state litigation concerning employment discrimination, employment benefits, labor law, civil rights and administrative law. She counseled and represented public and private sector unions on a variety of matters involving EEOC proceedings, Title VII, DOL proceedings, the Illinois Labor Relations Acts, the NLRA, collective bargaining, contract arbitration, and ERISA.
As House Counsel to the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists in Chicago, Ms. Wyetzner represented broadcast journalists and disk jockeys in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and other matters involving major television networks and radio stations.
Ms. Wyetzner founded the law firm of Behn & Wyetzner, Chartered in Chicago, and is a member of the Whistleblower Action Network. She now primarily represents citizens who have reported fraud under the qui tam provisions of the federal and state False Claims Acts.
Ms. Wyetzner holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (in Boston) and a B.A. from University of Illinois.
